Pub Night Fundraiser

Save the date! We are holding our major fundraiser for the season, a pub night, on Saturday, January 27th.

Sabretooths parents, please support the association by helping to sell 50/50 and liquor basket raffle tickets, donating items for the silent auction, and by attending the pub night.

Date: Saturday, January 27th

Time: 7:00 p.m.

Location: The Beer Hunter Bar & Grill (386 St. Albert Road)

Admission tickets: $10 each. Available through your child's coach or by contacting James Bedford (780-217-3717)

Our association keeps all proceeds from ticket sales. As well, when you present your ticket to your server, The Beer Hunter will donate 10% of your tab to the association.

We will be providing each player with booklets of tickets to sell for the 50/50 and liquor basket draws. 50 cents from every 50/50 ticket sold will be awarded to the parents in the form of credit toward next season's registration fees. The winners of the 50/50 and liquor basket draws do not need to be present at the pub night, so these tickets can be sold to anybody.

There are a couple of other opportunities for parents to earn credit: donate items for our silent auction (you will receive credit for 50% of the item's selling price) and donate bottles for the liquor basket (you will receive credit for the full value of the bottle if you submit a receipt along with your bottle).
